Update – November 2025
As of November 7th, 2025, RetroBox will no longer collect US import taxes in advance. Customers in the United States will now pay any applicable import duties or customs fees directly to their local customs or courier upon delivery.
This update replaces the “US Import Tax Application” section below, which applied only from September 15, 2025, to November 6, 2025.

Important Announcement: Tax & Pricing Updates (Effective September 15)
1. US Import Tax Application
Following the suspension of the US duty-free de minimis treatment, all goods shipped from Vietnam to the United States will now be subject to a total tax of 23% (including 20% countervailing tax and 3% import duty under HS code 3923.10.90.00).
- This tax will be applied on the total order value, including shipping cost.
- RetroBox will collect the tax at checkout and handle the payment at delivery on your behalf.
- This change will take effect from September 15, 2025, and remain in force until further notice.
- For customers outside the United States, tax payment remains the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Price Reduction
To help offset the impact of the new US tax policy and keep our products accessible, RetroBox will reduce the standard product price from 14.99 USD to 12.99 USD (a 15% reduction) starting September 15, 2025.
This price adjustment aligns with the new VN-US tax treaty, ensures fairness for all customers, and benefits both US and European customers (our largest markets).
Our production process has become more efficient, allowing us to lower prices without compromising quality. Every RetroBox product will continue to meet the same high standards you expect.
For customers who purchased before this adjustment, we will include one complimentary case of your choice with your next order as a gesture of fairness:
- Simply specify the complimentary case you would like in the order notes at checkout or contact us directly.
- You will only be charged for the cases you place in your cart, and we will add your complimentary case to the shipment at no additional cost.
3. Updated Bulk Order Discounts
To better support customers who order multiple cases, we are introducing a new promotion scheme:
- Orders of 3 to 6 cases will receive a 15% discount.
- Orders of 7 cases or more will receive an 18% discount.
These discounts will be automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
